I offer one to one or small group instruction using bodyweight and portable equipment. I will ensure you are performing each exercise correctly and safely.

I am a small business bringing mobile personal training to you. Whether at your home or outdoors I promise to bring great motivation and knowledge to help you reach your goals.
I practice what I preach, with no gimmicks, fads or nonsense.
Our journey starts with a FREE pre-workout consultation where we will discuss your goals and what you require from your sessions. Once you are happy and understand what our sessions will involve we will book our first block of sessions together.
Fitness is a long term activity and despite what some internet sites may claim there are no quick fixes! It requires dedication and effort but the rewards are worth it! You will never meet a fit person who wishes they weren’t as fit!
I believe you can workout anywhere, your home, your garden or your local park. Wherever suits.
Packages
Free consultation prior to your sessions
Individual session £35
Block of 6 one hour sessions £200
Two people training £50 per hour
Packages are payable in advance by bank transfer. If you need to cancel an individual session please allow at least 24 hours notice so I can re-arrange. Otherwise you may lose the session you have paid for.
